Every Spiritual Life Coaching session is centred around you — your life experiences, your current situation, your personal beliefs, and the goals that are naturally beginning to emerge within you. A large part of this work is about creating clarity: understanding what truly matters to you, what you genuinely believe, and what kind of life you want to move towards.
Together, we allow ourselves to think openly and honestly about the bigger picture. We explore possibilities, imagine the most authentic and fulfilling outcomes, and then gently bring those ideas back into the present moment in a grounded and practical way.
From there, we work together to turn that growing sense of clarity into meaningful action. We begin to recognise and release the thoughts, habits, pressures, or expectations that may no longer be serving you or may be keeping you feeling distracted, disconnected, or stuck. At the same time, we take time to acknowledge how far you have already come and the strength it has taken to reach this point.
The sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your own inner direction and strengthen your confidence in becoming the person you truly want to be. Together, we explore where you would like your life to go and the small, realistic, compassionate steps that can help you move towards that future.
Throughout the process, your own values and spiritual beliefs remain at the heart of the work. The intention is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know what brings meaning, purpose, peace, and genuine happiness to your life.
For those who experience Anxiety
A typical session plan:
When you arrive I will offer to take your coat, show you where your seat is for the session and offer you a drink. After we have the formalities out of the way we will take five minutes to leave the world outside, drop our stress and get ready to focus on ourselves/the session. This will be done either through a breathing exercise or a gentle mediation.
Once we are ready we will catch up on the previous weeks challenges and start the session.
When the session is coming to an end we will gather all the work, take the photos and then stop for a couple of minutes and do a breathing meditation. This will give you a couple of minutes to gather your thoughts and get ready for the rest of your day,
Course work: You will have exercises to do that help you get clear and focused on the sessions theme. They will be printed out ready for you session. I will take photos of any board work we do so that you can have a visual reminder of your work. I will provide a notebook, pen and a tote for you to keep your work in.
Visualisation and meditation: Please wear clothing that you can relax in. Something baggy and that you feel comfortable wearing through a guided meditation. I will provide a blanket if you feel like you need one.
Integration work: To get the most of the course you will need to take the concepts and challenges out of the 'classroom' and into your daily life. I will set some goals or thought experiments for you at the end of each session. I will have these instructions printed off for you to take home.

The first step on this journey is the free introductory session. This session is an opportunity for us to meet, talk, and explore whether this style of coaching feels right for you. It is important that you feel comfortable, supported, and able to connect with the approach I offer, as a strong and trusting relationship is one of the most valuable parts of the coaching process.
During this session, you are welcome to ask any questions you may have about the coaching, the process, or what you hope to gain from it. It also gives us both the opportunity to gently sense whether we feel well suited to work together in a positive, productive, and supportive way.
If we decide to move forward together, the next step is for me to gain a clearer understanding of your life as it currently stands. You will be sent a questionnaire covering areas such as your current circumstances, daily pressures, personal goals, spiritual or religious beliefs, and any challenges you may be navigating. This information helps me tailor the coaching experience specifically to you, allowing the sessions to feel personal, relevant, and supportive of your unique path.
At the same time, you will also receive a client agreement to read and sign. Rather than simply being paperwork, I see this as an important part of the process — a gentle commitment to yourself, your growth, and the journey you are choosing to begin. Meaningful change often starts with the decision to truly make space for yourself and your wellbeing, and your openness and commitment to the process play an essential role in what you gain from it.
Once the introductory session and paperwork are complete, we will arrange session times together and you can choose whether you would prefer to meet in person or online.
This course is designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive, and practical way. Throughout our time together, you will learn valuable skills such as positive self-reflection, visualisation, meditation, grounding techniques, and personal goal setting. More importantly, you will begin to understand how these tools can work specifically for you and your individual life experience.
A central part of this course is discovering what genuinely feels meaningful, supportive, and true for you personally. Rather than asking you to adopt rigid ideas or beliefs, the process is about gently uncovering your own understanding, values, and inner direction. I believe self-discovery should feel like a compassionate and encouraging process of uncovering the parts of yourself that may have been hidden beneath stress, expectation, fear, or overwhelm.
My approach is both practical and gentle. I want the sessions to feel calm, comfortable, and supportive while also helping you move towards meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and clearer personal goals. The intention is for you to leave the course not only with insight, but with genuine enthusiasm and confidence about moving forward in your life.
During the sessions, you may be invited to complete reflective exercises such as worksheets, journaling prompts, goal-setting activities, prioritising exercises, or guided visualisations. Every activity is chosen carefully with your individual journey, interests, and current circumstances in mind.
At first, some of this work may feel unfamiliar or even slightly challenging. Many of us are not used to slowing down and truly listening to ourselves, let alone expressing those thoughts and feelings clearly. However, learning to recognise and trust your inner voice is an important part of personal and spiritual growth.
Over time, most people find that this process becomes easier, more natural, and often deeply empowering. We are all unique, and each of us has our own way of accessing intuition, insight, and inner guidance. Part of this course is discovering the methods that work best for you personally.
Together, we may explore topics such as:
Your sense of purpose and direction
Personal values and spiritual beliefs
Intuition, inner guidance, and self-trust
Positive and negative thought patterns
Signs, synchronicities, and meaningful coincidences
Manifestation and how intention can shape everyday life in practical ways
Recognising what supports your wellbeing and what may no longer serve you
Building confidence in your own voice and decision-making
Through open discussion and reflection, you will have the opportunity to explore what you genuinely believe, what feels authentic to you, and what kind of future you wish to create for yourself.
By the end of the course, you will have developed a range of practical tools and supportive habits that you can continue using in everyday life. These tools are designed to help you stay connected to yourself, your values, and your personal direction long after the sessions have ended.
We will explore ways to:
Recognise and manage negative influences or draining environments
Become more aware of old habits and thought patterns
Reconnect with your core goals and values when life feels overwhelming
Develop self-reflection practices that feel natural and supportive to you
Build routines that encourage clarity, calm, and emotional balance
Strengthen trust in your own instincts, feelings, and judgement
By the end of the course, the aim is for you to feel clearer about who you are, what matters most to you, and how you want to move forward in your life. You will leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools for everyday life, and a stronger sense of confidence in your ability to create a life that feels aligned with your values, wellbeing, and personal sense of purpose.
