Realigning Sessions

1 to 1- in person or on-line refresher - £50 per hour

These sessions suit those who already know me and have worked with me, this includes the free course. They are an opportunity to get back in touch with the inspiration and determinations you uncovered in your sessions. If you feel like you are losing your focus, your connection to your goals and determinations, we can revisit your sessions. Remembering the conclusions you drew and then get you refocused. Together, we can gently nudge you back into realignment with your highest good.

Spiritual Life Coaching Groups

These are £35 a session per person - booking in 4 week blocks and limited to three people per group.

If you want to include your friends in this journey I am happy to attend a group or party.

I can provide Clarity Readings, Learn your own voice clarity reading tutorial, Make your own self reflection tools workshop and Mediation confidence session.

I charge £35 per person with a three people minimum and maximum of five people per group. All of the group sessions can be on-line or in person.

Please note; The people limit is there to give me enough time to get around to everyone and give them a decent amount of space to investigate their particular questions. If you find your group is slightly bigger than five people talk to me and I will see what I can do.

Free SLC mini course

In keeping with the mission statement of Ballance Spiritual Coaching, I am launching the on-line or in person, free coaching session offer. By offering this free session my aim is to give a high quality tailored session to anyone who wants one; This keeps my practice as close to my spiritual values as possible and ensures that money does not get in the way of anyone wanting to learn these skills.

…the mission of this coaching practice is to help everyone. Regardless of their current life situation. We all, no matter how hard we try, experience periods in life where we are short on cash, experience high demand lives and simultaneously feel in real need of some outside support…

It is a important to remember coaching session are NOT a therapy session. It is simply an hour or more if needed where you can stop, breathe and get back in touch with yourself by gently taking your focus off of the world around you and shifting it on to yourself and your personal goals. Remembering who you are inside the moment, right now.

The free session I offer is: a condensed generalised taster of what would normally serve as the backdrop over four weeks. My usual hourly rate is £70 per hour and the price for this course, if it was offered in my paid services, would be £250.

The session will normally take this form…

A welcome chat where we can refer back to your questionnaire and you can ask any questions you need to.
A chance to enjoy a five minute breathing meditation. We can do this guided by me or if you are an old hand I will leave you to settle yourself.
When you are calmer and more in the moment we will start with an exercise that is based around you uncovering your core values.
We will then talk about structuring your current tasks and responsibilities. In brief; sorting into categories like urgency, importance and necessity. Investigating, as we sort, how these tasks would be experienced by you if they were informed by your own value goals.
The next tool we will use is a visualisation technique where I will ask you to imagine yourself at a point in the future. You imagine yourself fully living according to your inner values in a totally successful way. Even if you can’t believe you could be in that mental state now. I will encourage you to imagine your most authentic and inspired version of yourself succeeding and feeling nourished by your daily experience.
From here we will discuss tips and tricks to help you stay on track to uncover that wonderful person. Tips on how to start your day in the right way for you, how to navigate less positive people, how to check yourself when old thought patterns and behaviours try to rise.
In the last part of the session I will guide a meditation that will start with you remembering your future self, really making it feel real, and then coming back into the moment, holding the energy of your future self. In that moment you will be totally embodying yourself. Not the self you have been taught, but your natural inspired self.
Once you are ready you would be welcome to ask me any questions you have and we can discuss if you would like any handouts to help you remember what you experienced.

*The free session still requires the client paperwork to be done, a questionnaire on where you are in your life, an email to send any handouts to and a client contract. I need these so I can tailor the session to your life's unique path, your current situation and hopefully give you some tools to take forward into your life.
