I am someone who has lived many lives and has experienced many turns of fortune. I am currently living with Fibromyalgia which has limited my life profoundly. Fortunately though, my personal gifts lie in more sedate vocations. I know I was of value when I was on the dole, when I was a Buddhist Nun, an Art Student, when I worked with people with learning difficulties, when I was a house wife and mother, as a single, separated, newly diagnosed fibromyalgia warrior dealing with a menopaused harassed body. And I hold the same worth now as a disabled business owner and Spiritual Life Coach. We have innate worth regardless of our current circumstances.
With this in mind I am open to talking about your current situation. Please just give me the bones of your situation and we can work together to create the right price point for you. The goal of Spiritual Life Coaching is to bring you closer, and with a lot of confidence, to an understanding of your core self. I know that if you need a concession it took a lot of thought before you asked for one. I am already in a state of respect for you. You do not need to worry about me feeling taken advantage of, or not really being interested because you have not been able to meet my fee. Spiritual Life Coaching is as effective as the trust between a coach and the client. Any client who comes to me with a desire to rip me off has really come to the wrong type of coaching.

I want to be clear that I am not a trained psychotherapist, counsellor, or religious abuse specialist. The support I offer is not therapy and should not replace professional mental health care where that is needed.
However, I am also painfully aware there are very few affordable options if you are seeking help after an experience many people could never understand. I do bring something deeply personal to this work — lived experience. I have personally survived and healed from my own experience within a high-control spiritual environment, and I understand how confusing, isolating, emotionally overwhelming, and identity-altering these experiences can be.
Leaving a controlling spiritual group or harmful belief system can affect every part of a person’s life. Many people are left questioning their beliefs, their identity, their intuition, their relationships, and even their ability to trust themselves again. It can feel incredibly lonely trying to untangle what was real, what was manipulation, and what parts of your spirituality or faith still genuinely belong to you.
Through Spiritual Life Coaching, I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can gently explore what the group represented to you, how it shaped your thinking and emotional world, and what beliefs or values still feel authentic and meaningful to you now.
This work is very much not about me telling you what to believe. It is about helping you reconnect with your OWN voice, your own judgement, and your own sense of self after experiences that may have deeply affected your confidence, identity, or spiritual trust.
Where appropriate, we can also explore practical ways of rebuilding emotional stability, boundaries, self-trust, and personal direction as you move forward into the next stage of your life.
For people who need deeper trauma support or therapeutic healing around abuse, PTSD, or severe emotional distress, I strongly encourage working alongside a qualified therapist or counsellor experienced in religious trauma and recovery.
