All we need is a realignment with who we are at our core. This realignment shifts our experience of life as unfulfilling and exhausting and helps us remember we really are.

In keeping with the values and mission of Ballance Spiritual Coaching, I offer a free online or in-person coaching session to anyone who feels called to explore this work. My intention in offering these complimentary sessions is to ensure that meaningful, high-quality support remains accessible to people regardless of their financial circumstances.
Keeping this practice aligned with my spiritual values means recognising that personal growth, emotional support, and guidance should not be limited only to those who can easily afford it. Life can place all of us under pressure at times — emotionally, financially, and spiritually — and often it is during these periods that compassionate outside support is needed most.
The mission of this practice is to support people from all walks of life with warmth, respect, and understanding, helping them find greater clarity, resilience, and connection during both challenging and transformative times.
A welcoming introductory conversation
We will begin by discussing your questionnaire and any areas you would like to focus on. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and settle comfortably into the session.
A short guided breathing meditation
We will take a few minutes to slow down, ground ourselves, and become more present. If you are familiar with meditation, you are welcome to settle into your own practice with gentle guidance from me.
A future-self visualisation exercise
Using guided visualisation, I will invite you to imagine yourself in the future living fully in alignment with your inner values — calmer, clearer, more confident, and deeply nourished by your daily life. This exercise is not about perfection, but about reconnecting with the version of yourself that feels most authentic and inspired.
Practical guidance and supportive tools
We will discuss simple but meaningful ways to support positive change in everyday life, including creating healthy routines, managing difficult environments or relationships, and recognising when old thought patterns or behaviours begin to resurface.
A closing guided meditation
To end the session, I will guide you through a meditation designed to help you connect with the energy and mindset of your future self before gently returning to the present moment carrying that feeling within you. The intention is to help you reconnect with your natural, grounded, inspired self — beyond expectation, pressure, or conditioning.
At the end of the session, there will be time for any questions you may have, and we can discuss optional handouts or resources to help you continue reflecting on the experience afterwards.
Please note: although the session itself is free, some simple client paperwork is still required beforehand. This includes a short questionnaire, a client agreement, contact details for any follow-up resources, and online meeting information where relevant. This helps me tailor the session to your unique life experience and current circumstances, allowing me to offer the most supportive and meaningful experience possible.

I live with Fibromyalgia and, as a result, have spent many years learning how to spiritually navigate and manage its challenges. Over time, I have come to realise that while the physical symptoms can be difficult, it is often the emotional impact of the condition that can feel the most overwhelming.
Living with chronic pain can bring a deep sense of loneliness and isolation, alongside the frustration of no longer being able to move through life in the way you once could. There can be an ongoing worry about being unreliable, letting people down, or constantly having to balance the desire to fully participate in life with the unpredictable reality of flare-ups and exhaustion. The accumalitive effect of these lonely hours in pain can be very hard on anyone's mental health.
These experiences have deepened my compassion, patience, and understanding — both for myself and for others navigating difficult seasons in their lives. They have also strengthened my belief in the importance of emotional support, self-kindness, and creating space for healing on every level, not just the physical.
Alongside my spiritual life coaching work, I also offer supportive pain management spiritual coaching for people living with chronic health conditions, fatigue, and ongoing pain. My approach focuses on siritual/emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-understanding, pacing, mindset, and finding compassionate ways to navigate the challenges of daily life while living with chronic illness.

The Spiritual Shenanigans Podcast is now live; giving a Ballanced guide to modern spirituality. In this podcast Andrea talks about her experience as a Buddhist nun and her experience of living in a spiritual community. She will also look at social media spirituality and explain some spiritual concepts from her point of view and experience.
Working with card decks became a powerful tool for reflection, insight, and personal growth in my own life. Through the symbolic meanings and messages within the cards, I found I was able to step back from difficult situations and view them from a new perspective. What had once felt overwhelming or confusing often became something I could better understand, learn from, take positive action on, or gently begin to change.
Over the years, I have offered many insightful and supportive readings for others, helping people gain clarity, reassurance, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their circumstances. Through this work, I realised that many people are naturally intuitive but simply lack the confidence or guidance needed to interpret the cards in a way that feels personal, grounded, and meaningful to them.
